MIke’s background is broadly in commercial roles at high-growth companies, where he has hired more than 250 people (and interviewed, he reckons, about 2,000-2,500 candidates). Mike leads the Client facing functions within Sorta and loves helping Talent Acquisition teams however is possible.
Ken’s career has seen him do everything from fixing British Navy submaries, through management consulting at a Big-4 firm, through to running high-impact product squads for an international FinTech scale up. At Sorta, Ken leads the vibe-coding team and builds all the wonderful tech our customers use and love.
